Frequently asked questions
Everything people ask us before downloading
If your question isn't here, write to us: it's Claudia or Mathieu who answers, and the answer often ends up on this page.
The essentials
For half-lease riders, for owners who share their horse, for co-riders, and more broadly for any barn that wants a clear shared schedule without resorting to a spreadsheet.
Not yet. BarnMate is built natively for iPhone, with an iOS widget. An Android version isn't planned in the near term: the goal is to keep the highest quality of execution on a single platform.
An iPhone running iOS 26 or later. The “Today” widget is available in several sizes and updates automatically.
Sharing and co-riders
You invite your co-rider or the owner from the settings. Everyone sees the same schedule, updates their sessions and receives reminders.
No. Guests don't pay for the subscription: a single Share plan is enough for everyone.
Data and privacy
No. Your data stays on your iPhone and, if you wish, in your private iCloud. There's no third-party server, no tracking, no reselling. See the privacy policy.
Subscription
Three plans: Solo (one horse), Share (several horses, and free sharing with co-riders), and a lifetime option. The exact details and prices are in the app, under Settings → Subscription.
From your App Store account settings, at any time. Automatic renewal is managed by Apple.
